Your Humanness began as a personal quest to cultivate my own attention fractured by an overwhelming digital cacophony, and as a way to cultivate a better relationship with my own thoughts and emotions.
My practice of mindfulness and meditation, and my creative explorations led me to answer the question I faced frequently from others: in a world that’s charging ahead at the speed of light and fragmenting our attention, how do we stay whole?
How do we keep the essence of being human alive: our creativity, our listening skills, and our deeper relationships? In a world when every moment is rushed, how do we restore our awareness of the present one?
My education in Neuroscience and Mindfulness from the University of Toronto, and in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) from Brown University empowered me to apply the science into my daily life and design it for yours.
